alaninaustria
Well here's the promised update - test fitting the main gear! I finally was able to drill the holes in the resin base at the correct angle and use an old drill bit as a small alingment pin! Next up: gear doors mounted and the starboard side retraction linkage attached to the main oleo! Finally, after three years she is up on her own legs and holding out well!! alaninaustria
Well, well, well... look who's back on the bench! I have finally got the main gear alignment problems sorted - and I have laid down a nice clear coat in preparation for weathering! I discovered Gunze GX100 Super Clear III cut at 50/50 together with Mr. Color Leveling Thinner. Beautiful products to use! Standby for more updates!
