LSP_Kevin
Howdy folks, I've just reviewed another detail set from Profimodeller for the HK Models Meteor: Profimodeller #32195: Gloster Meteor - Interior Small but useful! Kev
LSP_Ray
Interesting to see such a small PE set these days. Is the kit cockpit that good? I haven't got my kit yet (but it's ordered!).
LSP_Kevin
It's a decent cockpit Ray, but not overly detailed. The instrument panel has some nicely moulded detail, but it makes it hard to work with instrument decals such as those from airscale. So this set seeks to address that issue, in part. The decking behind the cockpit is just a flat surface, without any detail at all, so this set will dress that up nicely too. I have read though (but haven't confirmed), that this is not a shelf at all on the actual aircraft, and you can see into the fuselage through it. If true, that would obviously require a much extensive (and expensive!) set. Kev
SJL
The area behind the driver is the ammunition bay Pics here http://forum.largescaleplanes.com/index.php?showtopic=50126&page=

Tony T
A nice little item. Will get one for the stash. Wonder if the IP would work with the Fisher F.8 set ? Wished they'd do something similar for the Revell Hunter IP. That also desperately needs some sidewall detail, currently available only in the PE/film-less True Details set, which is a bit too "busy" in places. Profimodeller would do a great job of the Hunter cockpit. Tony
