ade rowlands Posted July 30, 2014 Share Posted July 30, 2014 Replacement parts arrived this morning. No crack this time but the weird blemish remains. Email sent to Airfix. Can probably get away with the blemish but the crack was right the way through and couldn't be fixed. So on the positive side Airfix were very quick, my part arrived attached to the sprue still with no crack but on the negative side they're replacing shoddy parts with less than perfect parts. I guess the spare parts need a very keen eye when being examined for dispatch, but I'm happy at least! Keep going and hopefully you'll get the better set next time.
