perry
Hi everyone! Do any of you guys out there have a 1/32 vac Hawker Tempest that you aren't going to build? I had one I built and primed last yearbut met with a nasty accident in a collision with my wife which resulted in it being written off, salvaged what I could but there wasn't much Enjoyed building it and would really like to replace it but can't for the life of me remember who produced it..... Anybody?
Iain
Was it Touchdown? Can't help with a spare I'm afraid - although I think I have a set of the Sea Fury mouldings somewhere... Iain

ironman1945
Perry I have what I believe is the ID models version of this. Was gearing up to build it.... then the PCM one came out. PM me if your interested. Dave/Ironman1945
Cees Broere
Why don't you build the PCM Tempest instead. Would save you some time.Cees
Edgar Brooks
The Tempest (together with a Sea Fury) was the work of Alan Dent; he did some test shots for someone (who shall remain nameless,) only to find, to his intense annoyance, that they had been turned into kits, and sold. Unsurprisingly, he never produced any more, and I have no idea what happened to the moulds. Edgar
Iain
Alan has them Edgar (or certainly did do) - he gave me the Sea Fury mouldings... I doubt you'll find another Touchdown kit these days - they were very limited runs. Not heard from/seen Alan in years - Tigger (John Wilkes) may still be in touch? Lee White
I'd, uh, never do something like that!!! Touchdown Models are plastic figures of Football players, so I would have no interest in that......
