I may be a bit slow getting things to Gordon. ...

My oldest daughter had cancer surgery and is in recovery. The prognosis seems good though.

Unfortunately, just as she was coming out, my wife received a call from HER doctor saying that the mammogram she just had, came back positive. She will go in on the 20th of next month. Hopefully it won't be cancer.

My first wife, (my daughters mother) died of cancer when she was 37 years old. So, it is a bit unnerving to say the least.

oh boy, hope everything works out and there won't be anymore heartache.  I know several of us have had trying times recently so we're all in.  Keep us informed as you can.

So far it is just in the background. No one mentions any of it. I think it may  be the best.

Thanks all,

My wife was able to get in early. We just returned from the hospital. She dodged the bullet. No cancer. They had to do several scans....but they cleared her.

Thanks for all the prayers and support.
