Guest Peterpools
Tomasz Amazing - how you were able to repaint all the ribs replicating the wood material in such a short time is mind boggling Keep 'em comin Peter

themongoose
There's enough kit in there to really fly this thing, truly amazing work. It's like you were building the real thing. †

scvrobeson
Every update is just better and better. Slap some fabric on the exposed areas, and it'd probably fly if you fueled it up Matt
Bil
I've been wondering how you are doing on this project. That tail wheel does look terrific.
Hubert Boillot
If it were a 1/12 scale model, the tail wheel would be terrific already ... But this is 1/32, and I know how small this actually is Absolutely gobsmacking modelling, Tomasz Hubert Edited February 24, 2018 by MostlyRacers

Bil
Yes that is really coming along, you are doing an amazing job really... however.. I think you knew there was going to be a however didn't you? I apologize ahead of time for the following... If the construction is similar to the Stearman, designed around the same time by the same company, then the aileron and the horizontal and vertical tail surfaces should be of metal construction. Not sure if you have seen the images on this site: Boeing Image Archive I think maybe you have... some of the images show the horizontal stab and rudder without the covering.. zooming into these images clearly shows metal construction for the F4B series of fighters. The aileron images aren't as clear, but I think are pretty definitive as well. Now I am prepared to eat crow if I am incorrect, but I don't think so.
