williamj
Lovely work on this kit Dave.really like that shade of blue.just started one (Albatros) and have a question for you..it looks as if the Mercedes engine can be dropped into place after the Fus. is closed up,is there a bulkhead that stays unsecured for this? or just drop it in ? Thanks.
DrDave
You probably could get away with that if you close the cowling after and miss out the oil tank. The cowling helps line up the engine as it just sits on the horizontal bearers. There's no bulkhead attachment as such.
