Indeed Hercules, :post1:

Fantastic scratch build, which I shall follow with much interest. I have a few questions for you:

What metal do you use?

What type of aluminium and thicknes?

Do you also have to anneal it to soften it before you form double curveatures?

And finally, what do you use to adhere it to the plastic substrate?

Many thanks

So Thanks dears!! So thanks!!!

Well, lets reply your questions (excuse me my enlglish is not good).

What metal do you use?

I Use aluminium tha sold here in São Paulo in plates 2m x 1meters.

What type of aluminium and thicknes?

The aluminium in plate is 2 thicknes in 3 milimiters and 2 milimiters.

Do you also have to anneal it to soften it before you form double curveatures?

To curve the aluminium I use tubes in diferentes diameters

And finally, what do you use to adhere it to the plastic substrate?

For glue I use Cianocrilate or comercial name "Super Bonder" that is excelent for adhering.

Well lets for more photos

This is just fantastic work, and we'd love to see you do a build thread in the Works in Progress forum. I can even move this thread about your MiG there if you'd like to continue showing us how you're building it.
