Stokey Pete
I don’t want much (honest). All 1/32: Jaguar Harrier GR5/7 Buccaneer F-111 Viggen 1/24 Airfix to re-tool the Spitfire, Hurricane, 109, and Stuka. Palm-tree and Peter Browne 1
ssculptor
Now that I have a Val and Kate in 1/24 (both carved wood) and the XF5F Skyrocket and Dauntless in 1/32 (both carved wood) and lots and lots of other aircraft in 1/32 kits and carved wood and vacuform and paper card (1/33 scale) I really do not feel the urge to get any other. Sure I have many kits to build but I'm not dead yet so I may get some made. But now I am spending time modelling 1/32 Vulgarian Air Force aircraft. And working on the second novel. And making sculpture. I certainly appreciate being retired!!! Keep on trucking. Rick Griewski
scvrobeson
Since I was thinking about it, I'll put it on the list. How the heck do we not have a 1/32 Mitsubishi F-2? The bigger Viper Zero would look incredible in that Oceanic camo. Matt thierry laurent

Johnny Cloud
I would love to see Airfix retool their classic 1/24 kits and, of course, continue to expand the line. For me the most sorely missing model in 1/32 scale was the P-51B. With Zoukei-Mura working on one, I am hoping for the best. Beyond that, I dream of a 1/32 Mustang Mk.I and a F4U-7 French Corsair (as mentioned by someone else on the previous page).
Iain
The older I get, the more amusing I find threads like this. We all have subjects we'd love to see, but... We all want what we can't have We get excited when that which we previously can't have is announced We go into a slough of despond before that which we previously can't have is released, as someone 'spotted' something heinous with the test shots, drawings, or their tea-leaves We buy it anyway... We add it to the stash We crave for something new that we can't have And so the 'virtuous' circle of modelling continues, and it will ever be thus! So, after years many of pondering on the meaning of life, modelling and all that, I'm just going to ask for my current 'most wanted': Time - to build Enthusiasm - to build Space - to build Health and eyesight - to build Everything else is nice to have, but with a large stash, these are now my fundamental 'wants'. Happy collecting! Iain Panzerwomble, pennausamike, thierry laurent and 5 others 6 1
LSP_K2
Regarding Airfix and 1:24, I'd advise they stick with classics, as the three listed above (by the Captain) most certainly are. The later Spit, not so much, but a BoB Spit would be most excellent, as would a Bf 109 (E or G), Fw 190 A (whatever) or F-8, P-38, or P-47. Revisiting the Hellcat as a -3 is a no-brainer, and I wish they'd hurry up with it. Johnny Cloud
ssculptor
FH-1 Oh come on now. Today is 2020, not 2011. Isnt this a bit silly? Most aeroplanes l want start from 1907 and go to 1939. Especially the birdcages from 1914 -1916. Most specifically the X strut Austrian beasties like the Phoenix D9 and Hansa-Brandenburg D.1, KDW,CC, plus Ansaldo S.V.A.5 AND S.V.A.9 and Macchi M.9 with their V struts. How about the early Russian multi engine flying apartments all glassed in. As for other beauties l would like the early jet era B-51, FH-1 Phantom, F2H-4 Banshee, Yak-15, 17,23 MIG 9.... Go buy a copy of the Rand McNally Encyclopedia of Military Aircraft and pore through that. The history of aviation is full of joyful wonders.
