Most Wanted Poll / Wish List 2018 (and beyond)

Recommended Posts

MikeC, as yours, plus a Scimitar. And a Firefly.

Tim

How did I forget the mighty Scimitar? A Firefly would be good too.

That did not take long with the KH F-5A announced!

Kittyhawk announced an F-5E/F, not F-5A. The E/F is quite different from the A/B. I seem to recall that Tan Models announced an F-5A/B some years back, but that's all that it ever was...... an announcement, unfortunately. HTH, Fred K.

Okay, I'll play.....

F-106A/B

F-101B,  an RF-101C might tempt me as well, but I'd rather have the interceptor version, both would be great!

F-102A

A-10A  that doesn't need 20 lbs of resin to fix

TA-4J

While I don't have any direct interest in building them, there's been a few suggestions that I might just have to build if they came out, since the aircraft in question are such great looking birds to me, and to see them in big scale would be most impressive. Those would be:

Mirage F.1C

Mirage 2000

Jaguar

S-3A/B

There's been some really great subjects suggested that might very well get done, and a number that are total pipe dreams, but I guess that you just never do know! Never say never ;0) Fred K.

Although I'm not much into "bangy" things these days, it would be nice to have a jet to hang those Brassin AIM-4F/G Falcons on.

It's the tail wagging the dog, I know, but a big Convair Six to go with them would be exquisite.

It looks as if HpH might do more conversion sets if the 1/32 Flogger striker nose set sells. A MiG-23UB twin-seater.

The big issue is whether I'd buy and build a resin & fibreglass HpH 1/32 Foxbat, Hustler, Victor or Vulcan.

Here’s an esoteric one. 1/32 Rocinante form the expanse. I know it’s Sci Fy but still a great series. Especially the books

I did indeed start a spreadsheet of this wish list, but never finished it, at least not yet. I was rather amazed at just how many of these wishes have eventually seen the light of day in kit form, even if they were from more non-mainstream resin manufacturers and such. Never say never.

Supermarine Seafires, Merlin engined ones

I also hope that Special Hobby were financially successful with the Yak-3 and more Soviet GPW kits come from them.

Surprisingly there are a lot of gaps in the USN and Japanese Pacific aircraft, hopefully someone like Hasegawa will rectify this.

That’s it: I’ve run out if patience!  No more Mr. Nice Guy!  All mfrs. must cease other operations until you release new, LS,  high quality kits of these two.  My credit card and I are ready!
