It's been a while since my last update so here is what has been released since then:

Su-25 PD-62-8 pylons:

PD-62-8_3.jpg

These pylons normally carried on the Su-25 were missing from the kit (though mounting holes were included and they are shown on the box art!).

Shown here with the APU-60-1 pylon and Aphid missile (both sold separately):

APU-60-1 pylons for your MiG-21, MiG-23, Su-25 and others:

(shown with MiG-21 pylon)

MiG-23 Pylons:

Chris, I know I have asked you before, but have forgotten. What Sidewinders did the Nam F-4's use? I'm talking 1968. Man, I wish I could get the whole pylon and missle set up for the SU-27. You already know I have all the rest of your wonderfull resin updates for it!. Cant say enough good about Chris's excelent parts and service! :speak_cool: .......Harv

Harvey, check out these AIM-9 sites.

http://www.sci.fi/~fta/aim9.html

http://www.designation-systems.net/dusrm/m-9.html

This site lists US Air to Air Kills and type of weapon.

Note if the weapon shows AIM-9 without an "alpha" like D/G/E then it was an AIM-9B.

Hopes this helps. Barry

The Tamiya F-4's all versions have AIM-9 missiles that IMO look like the AIM-9E and are not badly done. It really depends on how much detail you want on the missile.

Cutting Edge did a set of AIM-9E's. There are nicely detailed as are the other CE AIM-9s but measure a short in the body length.
