Hi guys,

Here are some progress on my latest project started last week.

The Aires cockpit fits really good and the detail level and accuracy is awsome.

Early pics of the cockpit. consolles and external structure are in tamiya nato black and internal structure is in gunze h306 all drybrushed in light gray. still needs a lot of detailing and painting

Ciao,

You Cockpit looks awesome, I used the same for my A-7D and it is great.

Take care when fitting the wheel wells.

I used the Aires set on my A-7D and they look great but take a lot of sanding, filing and shimming to get them to fit well.

My set was short and left a large gap at the forward end.

First and second pictures are of gap at forward end of both left and right wheel wells.

Third photo show the plastic card stock I used to close the gap and create new sealing surface for gear doors.

Keep up the great work, Barry
