I want to see them scale up their 1/72 F-86D to 1/32. Are you listening Hasegawa? The 1/48 Revell F-86D sold like the proverbial hot cakes in spite of it's misshaped nose.

Well in case there are people here who can read Japanese...

I can't.

http://homepage3.nifty.com/AKATOMBO/

Here's an English version. I really should give a seminar on Google Translate someday.

:P

OK, OK, I'll do it now:

(1) Copy the URL of the page you want to translate.

(2) Go to the Google Translate website (and bookmark it if you haven't done so already).

(3) Paste the copied URL into Google Translate's "Enter text or a webpage URL" box.

(4) Set the "Translate into" and "Translate from" options appropriately.

(5) Click the "Translate" button.

Badaboom. :yahoo:

Oh ... and notice what happens when you click one of the links on the translated page.

According to what l just read over at Britmodeller Hasagawa is releasing a Me 109F-4 in 1/32 scale

we will see if its true

I'd be far more impressed if they'd announce a new Hawker Hurricane tooling!

More Messybits can wait for now.

109F...sweet...lots of groovy schemes.

Thanks Charles...informative and funny  ...siphu

It'd be nice if Trumpeter downsized the 1/24 Hurricane kit/s. Its a gorgeous kit to build.

Cheers Matty

How can we answer that question before we see Hasegawa's '109 F kit? :BANGHEAD2:

No. Assuming you have the Aries F conversion, it is a lot of work and doesn't fit the kit very well. There are builds in the forums here to back up that information.

My advice would be to dump the conversion on eBay, and use the proceeds toward buying the new F (sight unseen).

D

Hello Ads,

I built one from the G6 with the Aires conversion set. Don't make yourself crazy by using the resin nose from the conversion. Just modify the G4 kit nose. The Aires cockpit turned out very nice but it took a lot of work to make it fit. I also put an Eagle Parts spinner on it.

Cheers! Greg
