mattlow
This is excellent work. Once you've got it all installed and 'busied up' its going to look great. Revell Ju 88s look to be a strong presence on LSP at the moment! Clare and I are moving house on Friday (at bloomin last) and when in the new place I'll have somewhere to set up properly. Thinking of doing a Ju 88A6/U with anti shipping search radar and Wellenmuster camo.....? Anyway, we'll see. Looking forward to seeing more of this bird. blackbetty
thanks matt, ron and guttorm this is now the final version of the nose, all holes drilled and pipe used to make the tubes
blackbetty
put a little paint on, because after fitting the guns i can really get to every nook and cranny
blackbetty
i glued the guns in next, using the nose for alignementnote that the right gun is tilted 90° to the left, the left gunis tilted the same amount to the right. MG 17s could be fed from either side, so mounting them in any position is possible
blackbetty
so this is how it looks with the guns in place (not the MG FF) when the nose is removed
