Allok
I love that Lysander!!! If I didn't already have a shed full of un-built "normal" planes and armour...
ssculptor
Y'know, there are those books of the WW2 "specials" and "proposals" that almost or never got into production. There are three books on the Luftwaffe, two on the British and one or two on the Russian projects. Believe me there are a lot of strange or even ugly airplanes in those books. However, I still feel that the ugliest were the multi-engine bombers of the early 1930's where the designers were still using square or rectangular cross sections for the fuselages and all sorts of strange canopies for gunners, observers and bombadiers. But that is just my personal opinion.

ssculptor
...You can always rely on FAA types... Short Seamew AS.1 Derek Derek, You win! That is the most ungainliest aeroplane I ever did see! If this GB ever gets going I think I will build that paper card kit of the Me-263. It is 1/33 scale but I would Xerox it up to 1/32 scale and make it out of some other material, maybe plastic. With a 68 inch wingspan I might as well make it a flyer with electric motors and an ultra small RC unit. Gawd its ugly!!!
