maverick728470
Sarge, One thing as to u getting ready to add the gear legs to u'er 47.One has to reset the length of the main gear by a 1/4 of an inch at the top.The gears are to long and makes the 47 setup to high. But everything else is lllllloooookkkkiiinnngggg Good!Larry

ChrisS
Yeah, got the feet in the post today...should be 4-6 days to you in AZ. On the legs though...you gotta cut the oleos off and shorten them as Mav suggests...hold one of the legs while you look at this photo...

ChrisS
I'd use something like this for the cursive... http://www.durablesupply.com/matexbrma.html But I think making a couple of decals would be a lot more controlable. I'd scan the nose art and open the scan up with a painting program like Paint Shop, or Photo shop, then clean up the text and remove all other stuff. Then print it (in white) on decal paper (injet or laser) and coat that decal with some microscale liquid decal film, then apply them with micro sol. More on the decal film here... http://www.bare-metal.com/decals/microscale_1.html HTH...

Texas
HI Don't know if it will work but if you had a sheet of white decal paper you could paint a red spot on it and before the paint dryed you could write Phyllis on it until you got one that looked right. I thank Microscale put out some letter sheets years ago or you might find some dry transfer letters at a drafting supply store. Just my two cants Texas
