Same here. Looked at the homepage at kit some time ago, before it got a pricetag. Liked the blue very much too.

BTW, this looks very similiar to the Albatros B.II (strut and wing layout, tailfin, large multipart windscreen, engine, sidemouted radiators...) with some subtle differences (cockpit tub open between the two seats, lower bow not so much curved up like the Albatros, upper bow somewhat curved down). I wonder if there were some ties between both manufacturers, maybe licenses, engineers or else, but did not find an answer searching online.

these kits look really nice, and the price seems pretty reasonable for what you get

 

have any been built here on LSP? I reckon @Thunnus needs to do one!

 

i wonder if their approach (steel rod reinforcement for larger parts) would scale out to some larger subjects which, realistically, will never be touched by the main injection mould companies eg WWII German flying boats like He115, Do18, Bv138 and so on?
