Halberd Models Sales to UK

I'm contemplating a purchase from Halberd Models. Does anyone in the UK have experience of ordering from these guys? And how was it for you? 

Do they only sell direct, or is there anyone in the UK who sells them?

 

From what I've read, I'm confident the product itself will be good, it's your experience of buying in the UK I'm interested to know about.  TIA.

 Not in the UK - but in Continental Europe - but no problem for a direct order (more than one in fact) from Halberd.

Andreyi is a nice guy to deal with. And that he manages to run his business from Zaporijia makes the achievement even more remarkable.

I made two orders as well from continental Europe and besides totally understandable delays there was no issue.

Am in Australia, u get a ticket in line as many of their stuff is printed to order. Allow for the odd delay due to power outages and such, like they are in a war zone.

But if I can get my kit (1/32 Martin Mauler) to Oz, Europe should be a doddle

Bought the 1/32 XF-85 in the UK a while back: it was all very straightforward and with a minimum of delay.

Thanks for the input, everyone.  I've just ordered a 1/32 Cavalier Mustang 2 for my Tamiya D.   I've built many Mustangs in all three main aircraft scales, but never a Cavalier before, so this will be a new one for me.
