I'm almost done with my Zoukei-Mura Ta152H-1. I also bought their accessory figures for this aircraft, consisting of five groundcrew pushing the plane, along with two more lads loading the MK108 through a hatch just behind the engine. These two figures are superb (as are the others) - but they came with long belts of ammo which were ridiculously brittle, and which proved impossible to get off the casting block without them disintegrating.

Since I've bought items from MDC before (multiple SC100 and SC50 bombs, two bomb trolleys and a set of groundcrew for one of these) - re-enter stalwart Bob with two packs of his exquisitely-cast MK108 ammo belt shells in soft, flexible resin, along with some DB605 engine serial no. decals for a future Kotare 109K.

But the order also included a little handwritten note from Bob apologising for the delay, and chucking in two sets of Luftwaffe instrument dials along with a sheet of Duralumin manufacturer's stamps which will look a treat on the vast swathes of unpainted aluminium on the underside of the 152.

He didn't have to do that - but he did. I'd like to publicly thank him for his kindness and consideration. Top bloke right there - cheers mate.

Doing both at the same time :o ??

Glad you had such great service, as I have always had from MDC.

I have to join in with plaudits for Bob, a really genuine bloke. He has sent me several different sets of parts, and re-cast some interplane struts with wire inserts for my Gamecock just because he wanted to.  Many thanks Bob, top man!

That is really great to hear about MDC and Bob.

I need a set of P-47 cockpits come to think about it.  I loath thinking about I should've, could've order something way back when things were released and never got around to ordering sets.  Then come to find out they are out of production.  The after market items don't last for ever on the shelves.
