Hi folks, I have devoted July 2025 to Feb 2026 to my Aims brand 1/32 Ju 388 L-1 conversion plus the research needed which ended up being a seperate printed book! I can honestly say I have never made a kit using such a wealth of material and the next step is to put it all together for a future kLP publication. Health wise each model threatens to be my last and I am in and out of hospital monthly so I am even more delighted to have finished this model. Thanks for looking, best wishes, John

This looks absolutely stunning, and impressive, very very very nice cockpit, and not to mention the whole.

And so sorry to read about health issues yaih...i really hope recovering, as i know about your builds, and very very high standards at a very high level.

Beautiful build. Looking at the cockpit, how in the world did the guy in the middle seat fit in there?

pilot got in first then radio operator then observer / radar operator got in, released the spring bolt holding the stored seat and lifted it up and over to the right where it locked into place

Interesting. Any idea how the crew was supposed to get out in an emergency?
