1/32 F-101B Voodoo WIP (for 3D printing)

This looks outstanding! I would really like one.  Can somebody explain to me how do I go about obtaining one - as in paying for the files and the print?

Unless you have a printer, it's a very awkward situation.

Aladdin ts&cs, in essence, don't permit one to buy files for another to print.

I think this has been done to death in another thread somewhere and it got somewhat tetchy around the morality aspects. 

I have asked Aladdin if I could print one for someone else if they bought the fileset and the answer was a pretty conclusive no, even though I bought the files for my own.

I won't go against that decision, but do think it is losing sales.

I could understand it if I hadn't got the files, but it is what it is.

Great, thanks for the info. What about if somebody who can print it, buys the one time file, prints it and adds the printing cost to the original file purchase price plus extra for time etc. and then the guy who wants it then pays him? Does that work?

I'm thinking not, as the files or printed models are not to be resold according to their Ts&Cs:

 

"I agree that the files are for strictly personal use. No sharing or resale of the files or the printed model from the files is allowed."

 

It really is a can of worms.

 

I can see they are doing their best to prevent the designers losing out on sales because of file sharing, but personally IF I were Aladdin I would figure out a way to allow those without printers to legally obtain the models.
