With our final book for 2025 in the bag, I thought I’d take this opportunity not only to thank you all for your support of KLP Publishing throughout the year, but also take a brief look at what’s planned for 2026.

But first, let’s look back at the eight titles we released in 2025:

Along with these 8 new releases, we also published updates to at least 30 existing titles in our catalogue, and as always, these updates are free to existing purchasers. It has certainly been a busy year!

Cutting to the chase, we intend to lead off 2026 with a build guide for the impending DBMK 1/32 Hawker Sea Fury kit. We have a pre-production sample to hand, but await the arrival of the instructions in order to kick off the build.

In a race with the Sea Fury build guide to be the first book published in 2026 is Geoff Coughlin‘s new treatise on the Hawker Hunter, aptly titled Building the Hawker Hunter in Worldwide Service:

We also have a debut title from a new author, as Bill Hollis joins us with Building the Zoukei-Mura AD-4 Skyraider in 1/32 Scale:

Regular contributor Chuck Sawyer will return with another of his stellar builds, to be featured in Building the Airfix Spitfire Mk IXc in 1/24 Scale:

Nat has been working away on the text for this next title, which we’re hoping will come together for 2026:

John McIllmurray, of AIMS fame, will also return with a follow-up to his mammoth Ju 88 G-6 title, but this time focussing on the Ju 388. The content is still in development, so stay tuned for further announcements about this one.

Also in the planning and preparation stages are more build guides from Geoff Coughlin, Gary Boxall, John Kim, and Harvey Low, along with a book featuring the Tamiya 1/32 F4U Corsair from newcomer Oto Dobrik. These will all be announced in due course as they come together, so once again, stay tuned!

Note that this is a preliminary list, and is subject to change at any time—as are the proposed cover images shown. Each book will be announced as its turn in the queue arrives, as will others that have not yet been discussed.

We look forward to another productive year in 2026!
