For the last few months I have been covering the tariff charges on all orders from the U.S. as my web shop provider did not have a system where the 10% could be added to the order automatically through the website. Therefore it would have got really complicated and messy for both you the customer and myself to sort out and resolve each order. As of early in November the issue has now apparently been resolved by the provider, but due to me being busy one way or another I have not implemented it as yet. I now intend to implement the tariff charges through the website as of the 1 st December, so now would be a good time to place any orders you are contemplating. Not to leave anyone out I would just like to say thank you to all the loyal customers world wide for your continued support. I will always do my best to assist where I can and offer the best products and service I can. I am always just an email away to help or resolve any issues.
