cbk57 Posted November 8 Posted November 8 Just a few years ago we wondered what was going to happen, Tamiya seemed to have lost interest in 1/32, Hasegawa had not done anything new forever and Revell was getting out of the 1/32 business. Now we have new companies and a whole gamut of 1/32 kits being released or announced ranging from Kotare, Zouke, Eduard, HKM, DBMK, RedPil and maybe some others I am missing. We now have announced releases for Hurrincanes, Mustangs, 109s, P-47 Razorback, Hellcat, Phantoms and more. Suddenly it feels like we are at peak not pit and we are in the best time ever to be a LSP fan. We are also seeing the kits announced in new venues. I used to look to the Japanese shows, now we have some of the biggest announcements at European shows. RBrown, Rick Griewski, Greif8 and 18 others 20 1
Duncan Doenitz Posted November 8 Posted November 8 And the smart money is on another 1:24 from Airfix in late 2026. Their next Hurricane is long overdue. Archimedes and Greif8 2

DonH Posted November 8 Posted November 8 We have not reached peak 1/32 until we have RAF Spey Tooms. The rest is froth. Very nice froth. Froth that will lighten my wallet. But still froth. Christa, Rick Griewski, Archimedes and 8 others 3 7 1
vince14 Posted November 8 Posted November 8 I thought the death of WNW would kill the 1/32 WWI market, but it's getting along just fine. Lukgraph and Copper State keep releasing new WWI kits, and Aviattic are breathing new life into the old Roden kits as well. scvrobeson, edfifer, europapete and 1 other 4
