PR Spitfires have eluded me for quite some time so this is great news for me, I got the e mail this morning from Kotare and ordered one straight away.

Cheers

Dennis

Me too - I have not fully jumped at the Kotare hype yet ( I have the first kit only ) but this really got my attention. Gotta love the PRU Blue Spits

Same here.

This has made my year plus they are planning to release a different version of PR spit every year.

Max,thanks for posting the pics of Danesfield House.

Brings back happy memories as my wife and I had our wedding reception there. There are still photos on the walls from the RAF staff who were based there during WW2.

A PR mk IV is being rebuilt to fly ....AA810 known as "Sandy's Spitfire".

Parts of the aircraft were recovered from the crash site in Norway and some are being used in the rebuild.

Thanks to the whole team at Kotare for bringing this fabulous subject to the modelling world, and for honouring the PR spitfire boys.

I like that.

Beautiful box art. Reminiscent of John Young's work.

Thanks for the heads up chaps

Agreed - they should consider selling their boxart as frameable prints. They are all quite nice.
