The inspiration. I think my first model 1974. Decals on my A-5 are literally just enlarged images from the Revell kit. I’ve come a long way,  but the subject has not changed.

A lot of work but well worth it for a unique and impressive model. 

 

This 3D printing lark is amazing and opens the door to almost infinite possibilities.

The Navy's Vigilante was an advanced design. It was a good looking airplane too, as Jim's North American A-5A shows very clearly. Beautiful build.
