For my Belgian F-104G I am trying to find a good match for that elusive bright Belgian medium green. It is similar to RAAF Foliage Green, but brighter / greener. I found an online image of Humbrol 76 which looks spot-on to me, but when I search online I find various iterations of that number, showing different shades, some completely off.

Do any of you have this tin and could tell / show me how it looks applied and dried up?

can't really help with that humbrol reference - but I never considered it for Belgian camo (I think I did use this humbrol reference though for Soviet era Wheel hubs). Daco on the other hand has enamel references specific for the belgian camo for Mirages and F-104.

The brighter green is indeed elusive. I made some brand comparisons in case that's useful to you or anyone. It's for mirages but AFAIK, F-104 colours are the same

Spoiler: AK real colours won

Thanks for this. In the mean time the tins of Humbrol 76 arrived, and I really think it's a good match. I will use it on my build. Comparing colours is difficult because no two aircraft are the same, colours fade and light conditions greatly impact the comparison, but I'm happy with this.
