I think he said something radial engined - no? That covers a huge range of subjects. Whatever they do I’m a happy camper because of the standard at which they do it. Not speculating - just a happy customer. I’ll be right in line for the Hurricane pre-orders toute de suite! Kind regards, Paul Christa 1
Pup7309 Posted March 18 Author Posted March 18 (edited) Lysander has a radial engine right? Just in case Airfix and ICM don’t get the memo (and before Trumpy Boss does) 😎 Edited March 18 by Pup7309 CRAZY IVAN5 and dennismcc 2
is it windy yet? Posted March 18 Posted March 18 Not surprised by this announcement. I always suspected this was always a question of when not if Kotare would release one. I am glad it will be sooner than later. I’ll be getting a few of these releases. CRAZY IVAN5, Archimedes and Pete Roberts 3

Ya gotta figure the lane is pretty much wide open for both. Archimedes 1
ScoobyDoo Posted March 18 Posted March 18 I was one the few (get it?) who was guessing that they would eventually release a Hurricane! coogrfan, Christa and Pup7309 3

Gazzas Posted March 18 Posted March 18 So, what are the particulars of the Hurri's supplied to Finland? Uncarina and Dpgsbody55 2
Dpgsbody55 Posted March 18 Posted March 18 This is great news. I've never done a rag wing Hurri, so definitely getting one of these. Great to see they will offer some options in this box too, so I may buy two. Hopefully there will be a good selection of markings to suit as well. I do hope they do more boxings of later marques too. Kotare's range is starting to get interesting . Cheers, Michael
Archimedes Posted March 18 Posted March 18 This is quite a day to have announced this kit set on as the death of the last surviving RAF Battle of Britain pilot, John ‘Paddy’ Hemingway, was announced on the BBC and the Prime minister Sir Kier Starmer paid tribute to him today. Group Captain Hemingway died aged 105 - the last of The Few. Hats off Gents. Blue skies Paddy. Kind regards, Paul Kagemusha, CharmyDown, Christa and 6 others 8 1
DugyB Posted March 18 Posted March 18 (edited) This release has just gained a bit more of importance for me this morning. A article from the BBC reporting on the last of the Few has passed away, rest in peace Paddy. At a 105 years old, those are some serious innings, well done. Paddy said “we were just fighting a war we were trained to fight” summed it up pretty well. https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/cvg1z42pkj8o Edited March 18 by DugyB williamj, CharmyDown, Shoggz and 8 others 11
