CRAZY IVAN5 Posted March 9 Posted March 9 Oh there's music alright, MERLIN MUSIC ! Without a doubt the sweetest sounding aircraft engine I've ever heard bar none. Thank you for the vid, much appreciated. Christa and Martinnfb 2
Christa Posted March 10 Posted March 10 Four Hurricanes flying! Maybe it is time to make another Battle of Britain film, even better than the 1969 release. If it happens soon Ian McShane could get another part. Martinnfb and CRAZY IVAN5 2

CRAZY IVAN5 Posted March 10 Posted March 10 I don't know , what d ya think ? Is there some Merlin fans here or what? Yeah ,baby 4 Hurris flying ,it don't get any better than this , unless there's a fifth one lurking about. Martinnfb 1
Christa Posted March 12 Posted March 12 The Shuttleworth Collection had a Sea Hurricane. It was not visible in that in that piece, so there was the possibility of five Hurricanes flying. There are six airworthy Hurricanes on the British register, two of them operated by the Battle of Britain Flight based at RAF Coningsby. No offence Richard, but I understood Michael Caine had retired! Martinnfb and CRAZY IVAN5 2
