Dpgsbody55 Posted February 22 Posted February 22 This does look really good. Given that it's a prototype kit, the engineering is exceptional. Nice work so far. Cheers, Michael Tolga ULGUR 1

Tolga ULGUR Posted February 22 Author Posted February 22 Some progress; Horizontal tails and stabilizators. In the early design there is an area to be cut out. This part prevents the moving part from fitting properly. Peter said that this part was fixed in final production. I unfortunately damaged the area around it while cutting here, fortunately I have epoxy putty Martinnfb, Philbucknall, scvrobeson and 30 others 33

airscale Posted February 23 Posted February 23 More wonderful work Tolga Just wanted to note some great finds this build has led to where improvements have been made - just shows the value of a test build by an accomplished modeller - even if it is in the public domain and you see warts'n'all * Clash between compass and control stick - fixed * Missing throttle parts in Cockpit box - added * Missing rear retractable antenna - added * Canopy changes to adapt from 3D frames to Injection Moulded parts * Radiator fairing gaps - better supported & vastly reduced * Fuselage join gaps - as above * Elevator clash with fuselage fairing - checked & ok in production Still struggling with the wing / fuselage join but will persevere to improve I just want to say a public thank you to Tolga for taking this on and giving great & fast feedback TTFN Peter easixpedro, Lee White, Philbucknall and 27 others 27 3

Tolga ULGUR Posted February 24 Author Posted February 24 Today's update Wingtip transparent parts are not ready yet. I decided to make it using thick acetate sheet. That's why, I do not use the interior detail part of the kit. geedubelyer, Shoggz, MikeMaben and 26 others 29
