ColinR Posted October 24 Posted October 24 Having looked at the rest of the Britmodeller thread showing the rest of parts in the kit I was more than a little disappointed. They reminded me of a resin garage kit from the early 2000s, including Vac formed canopy's. Perhaps I've been spoiled by the kits from Jetmads, but for 337 Euros, I really would have expected something a little sharper. 1/32 - SEPECAT Jaguar resin kits by Profil24-Models - test models+parts - release in August-September 2025 - The Rumourmonger - Britmodeller.com Perhaps I've been spoiled by some of the 3D printed now available , but I rather think I'll be holding on to my money this time. Comments Gemtelmen.. as I alone in feeling this ? rafju, CRAZY IVAN5, scvrobeson and 1 other 4

Comments Gemtelmen.. as I alone in feeling this ? Seconded. I don't think it quality matches its price tag. A direct comparison would be the LEM kits Su-17/22 which is similar in terms of build & material and significantly cheaper. ColinR, RCPlym and rafju 3

I will scratchbuild something to mitigate the issue, as to build it as is, the intakes come to a dead end at about 20mm deep. I doubt I will go all the way to where the first compressor blades are though. CRAZY IVAN5 1
thierry laurent Posted October 24 Posted October 24 337 euros? You're optimistic as in the EU this is 440 euros! I really want a Jaguar but this price is simply outrageous! For such a price you can get a huge Lukgraph 3d printed Andaldo with crew... 😡 rafju, RCPlym, ColinR and 2 others 5

It does indeed. It appears to not be 'rounded' high enough and slightly too wide aft of the two outlets and the base at the front of the fin. Not much of a job to remedy if desired. geedubelyer 1
rafju Posted October 25 Posted October 25 Hi All to get the thing a bit more sexy, I only continued with Tamiya panel line and wiped it off, parts are untouch from delivery, I believe I can say that Profil24 has made a lot of effort on the panels, This is very acceptable and the result is very nice. Mucho sympatico! Supersonic, geedubelyer, TankBuster and 4 others 5 2
RCPlym Posted October 25 Posted October 25 The surface detail is quite exquisite! Parts fit when cleaned up is also very good for the very much greater part. I have seen far worse on injection moulded kits! iaf-man, rafju, geedubelyer and 1 other 3 1
