I'm thinking the same thing. I know that even with the leading edge slats[outboard of the fences or the over the wing pylons]  in the fully retracted position they still seem to protrude a little forward of the inner wing leading edge though not very much.

The nose and wing LE are way off

I'm REALLY excited by this kit although, however much I want a 1/32 Jaguar, 399 euros is a little rich for my blood. 

Also how far are the nose and wing LE off? if paying top dollar one would want a top kit!

This was first mentioned almost ten years ago and we still haven't reached anything above 1/48th scale even though there is quite a bit of aftermarket ready. Will a manufacturer pull the trigger?

It will indeed be built. I couldn't possibly not - it would be ungentlemanly! 👍

From a VERY initial look at the contents - and there are a lot of pieces of resin and etched stainless - I do think it will be a reasonably challenging project, but eminently buildable.

Just to help, as I put my hands on a Jaguar A from Profil24, only with some black accent line, here are the wing, intrados /extrados directly from the box
