I'm thinking the same thing. I know that even with the leading edge slats[outboard of the fences or the over the wing pylons]  in the fully retracted position they still seem to protrude a little forward of the inner wing leading edge though not very much.

It will indeed be built. I couldn't possibly not - it would be ungentlemanly! 👍

From a VERY initial look at the contents - and there are a lot of pieces of resin and etched stainless - I do think it will be a reasonably challenging project, but eminently buildable.
