Many years ago, now, we were were doing a lot of 'what if' aircraft profiles over on ARC. I did a few myself, and one was of a Tunnan marked as a Luftwaffe aircraft. Were I to do one of these, it would definitely be a Luft 46 in this scheme:

AFAIK the best reference in english is probably the Osprey Robert Forsyth book dedicated to the Luftwaffe emergency fighters (1945). David Myhra also released a Schiffer book specifically dedicated to the Messerschmitt P.1101 but from a modelling perspective I'm preferring the other one.

Looking at this drawing, is it me or does the starboard cannon feed not line up with the breech? Shouldn't it be staggered a bit?
