This is 1/32 Hasegawa Messerschmitt BF-109G-5 with the markings of W Nr 27112 Maj. Walther Dahl  CO of III./JG3 Bad Wörishofen Germany in December 1943.

Machine is in over-all RLM 76 with black anti-exhaust staining on both wing root.

AIMS Bf 109G-5 conversion set is used with Hasegawa G6 kit

I used MDC cockpit set, Yahu instrument panel and Eduard seatbelts in the cockpit

Other additions are:

-Barracudacast spinner and propeller set

-MDC main wheels

-Quickboost exhaust

-Master Details horizontal tails

-Barracudacast underwing cannon gunboats

Paints are Gunze Sangyo acrylics

Decals are a mix of Customhobbydecals and AIMS decals.

Happy modelling

You are an absolute machine Tolga. I don't know how you keep all of those builds organized in your head or desk

Matt

I guess Tolga's house is totally packed with 1/32 models. He's unable to leave. He can only build models. Let's free him! 😉

Very well done.
I have one question. I noticed the additions on the head armor plate. Wouldn’t the position of these interfere with correct seating of the pilot?  First time I’ve seen this arrangement.
Again, well done.

Thanks

These additions (for pressurized canopy) on the G5 are also new to me. I couldn't find any references other than the drawing and photo in the AIMS manual. When these parts are added, there is no enough place for a headrest.(at least in Hasegawa s canopy part) I don't know if a headrest was made later. It is also not possible for these parts to be on the other side because this would completely block the movement of the canopy.

Another unusual colour scheme, and very nice too.  I like the changes you've made to this high flyer.
