Yep, that's what I want too. Super Corsair. Halberd already has an R-4360 engine front from their XP-72 conversion. It would be really cool if someone did a conversion for the Bud Light Super Corsair that raced at Reno, but as long as I can get the engine, I can take a crack at the rest of the modifications. Draw has the decals.

 

I would like a full R-4360 engine as well so I could do a cowlings off Reno pits maintenance diorama. I'd also like to build a Dreadnought Sea Fury, and a few of the F2G's also, so I'd buy a few R-4360's.

Haven’t had time to read this entire thread but top of my wish list would be a conversion of the Tamiya F4U-1D kit to the F4U-4/5 variants.  The thought of Laminar Flow doing something like this is mind-blowing.  Only concern would be the different windscreen of those later versions. Out of curiosity- can you print good quality clear parts?

Or Italeri tweaking its interdictor toolings to create the interceptor variant. 

We've had about four boxings so far: IDS, ECR, GR.4 and soon a GR.1. But a conversion would be better thsn nada. 

 

A quality RF-4C/E Photo-Phantom conversion for the Tamiya Rhino — though the F-4C/D and F-4EJ boxings seem to be getting alarmingly scarce in Europe. C'mon Red Pill Models, get that B to market before tariff wars kill it.

Yes! An upgrade set for the BK117 would be great. A set of separate doors, winch, accurate skids and interior. Unlikely given it is now an obscure and older heli type. At least we have the Revell kit.

 

Revell could and should update their H145 kits with a five-blade main rotorhead. The real thing is selling like hot cakes globally and there are hundreds of possible schemes. It would be a fairly simple additional sprue to tool. Yes, there is a aftermarket resin version available but it is at an exorbitant price. A five blade head would would add new sales for Revell for sure.

My first choice though would be cockpit sets for the Kitty Hawk/Storm Factory F-5E and F. The kit cockpits are very underwhelming, and far too shallow. I've contacted Reskit a few times in the past about it, and they've assured me that they're on the to do list, but nothing yet. The fact that they've been releasing cockpit sets for other large scale jets gives me hope though. I've got 9 of the KH F-5E's, and 3 of the F's just waiting for cockpits, so my fingers are crossed! I just want Reskit to release its 1/48 F-105 upgrade kit to 1/32. (The one with the air intakes and the gear wells)
With the elements already released for the trumpeter model we could have a great model !

soon, very soon - 1/48 F-105 set will be in March, 1/32 F-105 will be in the summer 2025
