I started this kit wanted something shiny to do it fit the bill. The kit is great like your typical Tamyia kit.The build will be OOB all the way I want easy/fast the decals/stencils will be the slow part.I had issues with my SH Tempest Mk VI with the finish the Alclad base after over a week was just ever so tacky let's say allowing the silver layer to smudge if handled to much.I am using this go round Tamyia X-18 dries fast/hard.This what you see is about 4/5 hours of effort while I was working the P-47 through her final stages.;)

I have been working this while things settle on the George.I had all the panels on the front left side masked and painted and sprayed the wrong color their goes 45/60 minuted of masking ....:hsmack:

Unlike Sasha's beautiful F-86 him doing panels on this one I am going after hatches and anything with screws on the perimeter should be different we will see.;)

Great metallic finish!

Thanks it's holding up well to handling though I do clean my hands with 90% alcohol I hate gloves. The AlClad 101 was laid over Tamyia Semi-Gloss Black Acrylic paint it gets very hard and smooth thinned with MrColor leveling thinner.;)

The canopy got taped and black based last night and sprayed silver this morning just a couple light touch ups left. The stand I built today wanted something lighter and more adjustable should handle a twin engine easy 16"LX14"W.Though you cannot see them all the woods Lyptus(SA),Red Oak,Black Oak and 3/16" plywood a project leftover from wife's little kiddie class.;)
