Peter’s illustration shows the subject will be L7005 PS-B of 264 Squadron but in conjunction with some knowledgeable people over on BM here’s a run down of other Defiants of that squadron:

L6964, PS-J (later TW-B, 141 Sqn)

L6967, PS-P

L6969, PS-R

L6972, PS-Y

L6973, PS-A (Sqn Ldr Hunter/ LAC King)

L6977, PS-U (Shot down 13th May; Plt Off Greenhouse & LAC Greenhalgh captured)

L6996, PS-L 

L7005, PS-B (flown by top scoring aces Sgts Thorne and Barker*)

L7006, PS-X

L7013, PS-U (replaced L6977)

L7026, PS-V Flown by Sqn Ldr Hunter/LAC King June 6 1940
