levier Posted May 15 Posted May 15 Just watched Nigel‘s review… kind of amazing how fast Peter brought this from concept to available to purchase kit. airscale, geedubelyer, Martinnfb and 1 other 4
Kagemusha Posted May 15 Posted May 15 Thanks Guy, the more you see, the more impressive the kit is. geedubelyer, monthebiff, airscale and 1 other 4
monthebiff Posted May 15 Posted May 15 This looks so good and what a nicely packaged kit this is, hopefully will be able to secure one when it becomes available. Regards. Andy airscale, Kagemusha, Martinnfb and 1 other 4
mozart Posted May 15 Posted May 15 (edited) I’m pleased to see this video review; it highlights that from the moment that you have the kit in your hands and slide off the outer cover to reveal the superb box and its contents that the whole “package” shouts Quality. Peter has brought his high personal modelling standards to every aspect of the kit. It is just mind-bogglingly stunning. Some for sure will be put off by the price, let’s face it, it’s not a cheap kit, but is it value for money…..absolutely! I haven’t started mine yet but I confess that I quite often open the box just to enjoy the experience of the Airscale magic. ✨ Edited May 15 by mozart Martinnfb, monthebiff, Derek B and 4 others 7

Simmo.b Posted May 16 Posted May 16 Just so irritating that he won't accept pre-orders dennismcc, airscale and williamj 3
dennismcc Posted May 16 Posted May 16 Yes after much soul searching I want one of these kits, its been on my wanted list for years after building a 1/72nd Airfix kit of the same subject as a sprog I do prefer RAF/RN subjects and its sad that they are so neglected, where are the Fairey Battle, Fulmar, Barracuda, Firefly, Blenheim, Skua etc in 1/32 scale. So it is frustrating that I cannot pre order one, but beggers cant be choosers and I have over 200 kits in the stash. Cheers Dennis airscale, Stew Dapple and Iain 3
Iain Posted May 16 Posted May 16 I'm working on a review for Large Scale Planes at present - hopefully live at some point over the weekend. It really is beautifully done - I don't think anyone will be disappointed. I took it to my local club last night and it was very well received and, maybe, a few additional orders pending as a result of seeing it. Peter's decision to hold off until absolutely everything is ready to ship is a solid one - and reflects on Peter's integrity IMHO. It's nearly here - just a little longer! Tally Ho! mozart Posted May 16 Posted May 16 Tim could sell his new bike and buy one!? 🤔😁 airscale, Greif8 and Shoggz 1 2
