I pulled the trigger on one. 

I had some J points saved up so it was a very good deal.

And I aim to nab one of those conversion sets to make it into a Mark XIV.

Can anybody point me in the direction where I could buy this conversion kit?  I cannot find it on the Laminar F;low website, nor on that from Jadlam or Hannants.

Preferably from somewhere in the UK or Europe, pls.

Man! that is a good price ! Unfortunately they don't ship to the States, heaven knows I tried. Of course any savings would probably get eaten up in shipping so there it is. A 24th MK XIVc is so up my alley,hmmmm..... gotta think this through............

The project isn’t finished. The photos are all ‘work in progress’!

 

Hence, it’s not on the web site yet.

 

I think once Mathieu has nailed down the Vc conversion, he’ll be back full steam on this one.

I'm wondering what I've done wrong to deserve this.    Here I am, patiently trying to whittle away at the number of kits in my stash, which has the added benefit of keeping SWMBO happy, and now I see must have conversions to a couple of great Tamiya kits.  So now I'm forced to buy two more kits and the conversion kits too, to say nothing of the other after market bits, which won't make SWMBO happy at all.

 

And now they go and do a 1/24 conversion too???  How will I keep up with all this???  With an unhappy SWMBO about, will live to do all these???

PS.  It seems clear to me that the upcoming Spitfire group build will need to run for two years, minimum.
