The sanding process is complete. The steps are removed. We can move on.

Good work on sanding the wings Sasha.  Getting rid of steps can be an irritating task from time to time and you did it well.

Loaded the bow section. That should be enough by calculation. Glued the fuselage together. It's a medium fit. Putty's a big help.

I tried on the air intakes. It's not all smooth sailing.  I haven't glued them on yet. Fuselage spackled. Ahead of sanding and restoration work on the fuselage.

Hi Sasha,

nice work on the A-4. I completed an A-4H at the beginning of the year and found a few corrections to make. I only found this after assembly , so some sanding and re-painting was needed. The A-4E only has one angle of attack vane on the port side. The ailerons are a bit too thick and needed sanding down, obviously easier before fitted to the wing. On my example the windscreen was a little too narrow. I could not fix this with hot water. If I had to build another I will make the fuselage a little more narrow(by about 1,5mm).
