Hate to be a pest about this, but I hope this F-8 seamless intake has not been abandoned.

Is there any progress to report? Please don’t tell us that you have totally given up on it!

No I have them down and up for sale

I was asked today by a fellow modeler whether I had received the seamless F8 intake and nose.

The answer is no— I tried to order but was told that they were still working out issues with the 3D printing process. So I’m still waiting, and plan to get one when they become available…

Ok I am back with my Crusader intake I was able to focus some time on it and I have been able to fix the printing issues that I was having . I was getting some heavy layer line in my print and I felt the detail was soft so I made my intake in two different pieces and I feel this way I am able to get a really nice print .

If you have an interest picking up a set let me know I am asking 55.00$ plus 12$ for shipping in the US

Received my F-8E seamless intake set today. It looks very nice. I especially like the new nose, as it corrects the some of the issues of the Trumpeter nose.

I haven’t tried fitting it all to the Trumpeter kit, but that will come.

I have to say. I’m quite happy with it…
