Yokosuka paint colors

Recommended Posts

Well, for that, you should read a little reflection by Cameron Lynch. But I totally agree with him. I think you've read it. And then you have to follow this link https://emmasplanes.com/index.php/paints/ijaaf-ijnas-colours-japan/#IJNAFIJAAF_Thorpe_system . Compare all this and draw a conclusion for yourself...You may not be mistaken in the color of the paint, but you can easily make a mistake in its tone, just like JAPAN))). Good luck, colleague!

From the model art 329 series Camouflage markings of imperial japanese army fighters. This is if you know Japanese...)))But everything is clear there even without language.

So, I found a lot for myself.

Here's more in the continuation of our topicAviation of Japan 日本の航空史: Vallejo IJN Colors Set ~ A Visual Appraisal & Commentary.

This is the name for Vallejo IJN  Colors Set paints. Although also, a controversial article. Maybe because I don't paint with Vallejo paints...)
