That looks cool! Ya twisted my arm ,one of these will wear this scheme. Hopefully the  FS numbers will be included.

That specifically looks like one of the Czech birds. I am planning on doing my AH-1Z in that scheme with the CAVU decals. The color scheme is said to be:

- FS36375 Light Ghost Grey on the bottom
- FS34096 Olive Green
- FS36118 Gunship Grey
- FS36270 Medium Sea Grey

Guessing the Trumpy kit will be no better than their other helos.   Margin details and a thousand recessed divots.    Hope Academy beats them to the punch.

Yep, considering Academy's AH-1Z was so good and the UH-1Y is so similar, they'd really have to go out of their way to mess this one up...

Are there any aftermarket decals planned for any of them?

Trumpy at least has some colored ones

Thanks, that's what I was looking for

I'm also waiting for the release. I believe in one of their Facebook updates they mentioned this will go to the printers this summer.

Flying Leathernecks is definitely doing a set in 1:35. It will have the same options as their 1:48 set I believe: https://www.bnamodelworld.com/model-planes-flying-leathernecks-fl48021-1-48-uh-1y-marine-skid-kid-yankees-waterslide-decals

Appreciate the mention. Yes, I will have a new sheet in 35th that will cover pretty much the same options that are on the 48th sheet. However, one big addition will be the tri-color Yankee I designed for HMLA-269. However, I'm currently a victim of my own success and struggling to keep up. About to hit 700 individual products and finding/making time to focus on decal art is a major challenge. In July I plan on spending at least a week on nothing but decal art, and hope to send the UH-1Y sheet to Microscale by the middle of that month.
