Hello All: I have a question about the old (ancient) Revell 1/32 F-4E that was released without the air-ground weapons, pylons or external tanks (box photo shown below). Now I built this kit as a youngster in the very early 1970's and I distinctly recall the plastic as being tan in color. There's one for sale on Ebay and judging from the photographs, the plastic is grey in color. Does anyone have this kit in their stash and can verify what color plastic is in it? I thought about bidding on this kit (for nostalgia only) but if it's not original, I don't want it. I thought that Revell printed which color plastic the kit was molded in, right on the box but since I'm older now, I don't know if I recall correctly. However, if the kit was reshot at some point with grey plastic before the second Revell kit was released (see below), I may consider it. Any help will be appreciated.
