Finally finished and was able to grab some mediocre photos this morning! WIP here, (in case you missed it): https://forum.largescaleplanes.com/index.php?/topic/86796-124-f6f-5-hellcat-in-flight/ Pretty happy with how everything turned out. Built about as OOB as I could--think the only thing I added was a pilot and the aerial antenna. Everything else was per the instructions (including the wiring harness). Markings were custom cut masks and the kit decals. Love the overspray--think it looks pretty realistic, so left it (Channeling my inner Bob Ross...there are no mistakes, just happy little trees--or in this case realistic markings!) Tough to photograph upside down...! And one last mustache pick as our steely-eyed Fighter Pilot looks for the next target. Thanks to everyone that commented and followed along.
