I'll disagree in principle about scribing the Tamiya aft fusualage. The raised lines don't have to be rescribed.
Granted, it's odd Tamiya did what they did with the mix of raised and recessed. The BDR patches on Tamiya are also a big "WTF" moment LOL. Those I feel shoudl be sanded/grinded out of existance!

Tell me about it; though I can get away with slipping a new 32nd kit by than a new rifle. Got caught red handed hidding a new Tactical Remington 870 12Ga. (Magpul special) in the garage last month. I was getting an earful about it nearly every day, till I bought her 4 karat diamond ear rings for her birthday.
