  1. Just throwing this out there... but if you need Lycoming pictures, I can get you whatever you need. Or call in a favor at Millard and you can go take your own.
  2. I know, I know, I am reallllllly late to the party but if you need decal/design help for this incredible Tigercat project... let me know!
  3. How far are you from Blair? We fly in there fairly often...
  4. Anything you need... let me know, I have 6 172s under my care.
  5. Looks great! I was hoping you would come over here. This is the best modeling forum on the interwebs bar none. Will you at least cross post your next WIP over here?
  6. Nice work... As far as the foam being tough to get, try looking for Renshape, you can buy offcuts on Ebay fairly cheap.
  7. working on this as we speak, I have decided to build "Loud Duck"
  8. Anyone else want to join me in starting a knitting forum? This is incredible work, having seen your work in person, this is going to be the best in show in at least your cabinet, probably even IPMS nats... speaking of them, where are they at this year?
  9. Got some shapes cut tonight. Does anyone know if the 337 and the 210 have the same gear system/structure? If so, I have a 210 on the ramp I can use for reference
  10. I have always admired the guts that it took to fly a slow moving Cessna into the face of hell during the Vietnam war. The mission these guys completed is far too important to keep in the history books. We have plenty of fast movers in this GB so a FAC will be a different bird all together The 'DON'T SHOOT' lettering on top of the wings shows just how low these missions were completed and I hope to do justice and respect to these brave men. My GB record to date is dismal, but now that my life is on the mend, hopefully this will change that. I plan on using a paper kit (http://www.ecardmodels.com/index.php/1-24-cessna-o-2-skymaster-usaf-paper-model.html) and converting it to plastic.

  12. Oh boy... I hope this WIP goes on forever! This is work from another planet and another caliber. Kevin took the words out of my mouth, I confused this with the real landing gear.
  13. Just saw these! Thanks! I downloaded all of the prime portal pictures also. This is going to be one of those wips that drags on and on... Kinda like a crappy movie, long parts of boring and a few really exciting posts.
  14. I'll throw my name in the hat to do decals if need be...
  15. You sir suck. I am going to get to reno and Oshkosh one of these days. Are you going to upload pictures anywhere?
