IMHO Tamiya did modelers a great disservice by introducing 1/35th in the first place. I just think about how much less confusing, easier and BIGGER things would all be if helos and vehicles were just made in 1/32nd instead of 35th.

It depends whether you want to use conformal tanks or not. They are separate on the Revell D kit but not on the Tamiya E. For the Tamiya option, you need to crosskit with a C or J if you do not want them. There are various other changes to consider (landing gear, antennas, etc.) but the cockpit will be the most difficult part. You can start with a MSIP front office but will have to scatchbuild fully the rear station. For decals Cutting Edge and Sky released such decals but they are alas OOP for at least 15 years. For detail reference the Israbook is the best option. For general camo and markings views the recent Amos Dor IAF Eagles book is the most comprehensive one. Keep also in mind the airframes knew regular updates as the oldest ones are now more than forty years old. So you need first to choose a reference era.

Since your have the very rare skill of creating excellent clear parts, any chance I can convince you to do the above? I and quite a few of my modelling buddies cannot start our SLUFFs without.

Couple of thoughts.
I personally have no interest in the RB-51, and don't see it being the best choice to restart the line. I could be totally wrong.I would think another run of Panthers, Cougars or Sea Fury would be a better choice. But that's just my opinion as someone that has no interest in racers.  I would love to get my hands on the Skyray
.Another things is this. You have to get this right. Fishers kits were, to many people, the "Tamiya" of resin kits. If you put out anything other than that, not only will you be doing a disservice to the people who buy them ( and incurring their wrath), but to Paul and the reputation his original kits have built. If you can accomplish that, and get the buyers on board, I say good luck and hope its successful. 

Gosh I hope this is the build where somebody fixes the "kinky part" on that terrible leading edge of the wing.

Hey guys, anyone else having problems ordering from SB? I've logged in, selected an item, went to checkout and that's it. Nothing but an icon that says "LOADING" and that little thing spinning around for hours. Any ideas? Thanks.

I've noticed quite a few helo modelers wishing someone would release the current seats, so I thought I could help fill the need.

The problem is they don't fit, are badly injected and extremely inaccurate - at least when it comes to 1/32nd scale Super Hornet kits... 

Yes, there's a downward angled adapter that mounts the rack to the pylon. Hopefully those will be included. I'm in for many sets for the Tornados and Typhoons.

The seats are basic but that remark is valid for most of the cockpit. A LOT of things are missing. It is a pity there is no published good walkaround of the interior. In spite of all my efforts and the dozens of pictures of the interior I found, it is still very difficult to determine precisely what should go where! 
 

Great list, but it does point out one thing to me that is really missed in this kit. SEATS! The kit seats are a big disappointment and they beg for aftermarket replacements. How about some reasonably accurate resin seats with belts. It seems like this would be right in the wheel house for Mr. Roof's Flying Leatherneck resin company. Hopefully they are in the works. Thanks.

That's a great question.   If you want to be sure, try to pick up the old Revell kit and lay it out next to the ICM (once it arrives).   I'd love to see some of those WW conversions get built.     Of course, if these G models sell well, we can hope that ICM will release later model snakes as well.  I'd be up for a J, that's for sure.
