  1. Lovely work! And your brush painting looks flawless. Cheers, Tom
  2. Yes indeed, Happy Canada Day! Cheers, Tom
  3. That is a BIG improvement! Cheers, Tom
  4. Dennis, you’re making great progress, and I love seeing it come together! John, I don’t recall doing anything specific about the stabilizer fit in my build, but I might have thinned the interlocking tabs to improve it. For the instrument panel gap, I can barely see anything, and I built mine without the inner pane. Hope this helps, Tom
  5. Dennis, you are way too kind! John is correct: I just fitted the cowling. I love how your build is progressing! Cheers, Tom
  6. Karim, Truly, your work is always impressive! I love what you’ve attained with that wood finish, and the complete airframe is a work of art. Cheers, Tom
  7. Magnificent work and great attention to detail! Very inspiring. Cheers, Tom
  8. Tim, This is taking shape nicely! Cheers, Tom
  9. Me too! Wonderful work. Cheers, Tom
  10. Nice work on the office! And I love the tinted windows that Meng provides. Cheers, Tom
  11. Beautiful work! What is it with these helo builds that are currently under way? They are all fantastic. Cheers, Tom
  12. Brian, nice work indeed! It’s great to see your progress with this. Cheers, Tom
  13. They did not. However, they did add canopy masks. Cheers, Tom
  14. They did release color sets in 2006 for instrument panels: https://www.scalemates.com/kits/eduard-33012-ah-64a-apache-dashboard--607048 I’m attempting to reproduce this using my Silhouette editor. Cheers, Tom
  15. I have the kit, the Master cannon and antenna, and Armory wheels, but the holy grail would be the Eduard interior and exterior sets. I am curious if Eduard would re-release these, considering they released several sets for the Academy AH-1Z. Cheers, Tom
  16. Great work Viper! This shows some of the potential of these kits. These models are actually a good starting point, with the basic shape correct and raised rivets. Cheers, Tom
  17. Great start on this! My mom flew these out of Corpus Christi, so I’m always interested in seeing them modeled. Cheers, Tom
  18. I’m with Peter, they really look great! I can vouch for the limited viewing through the cockpit window, but you will definitely see it’s occupied. Cheers, Tom
  19. When I walk into a store I am more often than otherwise one of the few wearing a mask, and people stare at me as if I’m the crazy one. Note that my state has recently had one of the highest COVID-19 daily infection rates in the U.S.. a) what are they thinking when they look at me? b) why aren’t they wearing a mask? c) is this the case where you live? Please note I am not trying to start any arguments here, I am just curious. Cheers, Tom
  20. Great photos Jennings! Are they still staging out of Immaculate Heart school? Cheers, Tom
  21. Rob, glad to help, and that’s exactly what I did, only you explained it better! Cheers, Tom
  22. I now have the kit, and am excited to start a build log. And yes, I believe it is a solid foundation for building an Apache. Stay tuned! Cheers, Tom P.S. For some inspiration:
  23. Max, you are bringing this history to life! Great work. Cheers, Tom
