Was the F4U-1 birdcage cockpit dark dull green and when did they convert to interior green and is there a FS number for the DDG.

On the P-51K Mark IV in RAAF service would the landing gear still be painted aluminum or was this changed and and painted underside color I have googled with no luck any pictures would help thanks.

Here is the paint scheme I will be doing. I got a start on the engine and transmission cant forget the radiator. And some color added.
